This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative at Alberth Aviation. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations associated with developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer RFQs in a timely manner.
  • Learn the value of various aircraft parts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for web-based customer requests.
  • Create relationships with customers that include flight departments, aircraft owners, MROs and OEMs.
  • Proactively call customers to solicit new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices with customers and vendors.
  • Maximize sales and margin results.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Business Planning skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Account Management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and market trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

  • Effectively present Alberth Aviation to prospective customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and move quickly on opportunities.
  • Provide creative revenue generating solutions to customers.
  • Settle discrepancies with customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Negotiate prices with customers.
  • Identify market trends to anticipate areas of opportunity.
  • Maximize sales and margin results.
  • Attend domestic and international trade shows, conferences, and seminars.
